Games played 6-on-6 (all skaters, no goalies)
Subbing on the fly
All players must wear boots (no skates)
Teams should wear matching colors or bring light/dark options
Two 10-minute halves (20 minutes total)
1–2 minute halftime
No timeouts
Quick changeover between games
Round robin or pool play depending on number of teams
Top teams advance to playoffs/championship
Small pond-style goals (no goalie allowed)
No standing or intentionally blocking inside the goal box
Shots must stay below waist level
Goals can be scored from anywhere on the ice
